How to switch colors at the end of a row crochet

This is my seamless way of switching colors at the end of a row while crocheting. This tutorial uses single crochet, but you can also use this technique with other stitches.

This technique is used on the Trail Mix Headband, a free crochet headband pattern on Ravelry.
