Hello friends today we have with us a well known personality
Dr.Shirish Kumthekar M.S.in General Surgery.
He is a practicing Surgeon and Cancer Specialist. He has been a topper and ranker during his entire medical education.
He has worked in world renown Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital at Mumbai and had an experience as a specialist surgeon in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. He has been practicing for the last 35 years & owns Kumthekar General Hospital at Solapur, Maharashtra India.
He has conducted more than 25000 Cancer surgeries to-date and conducted hundreds of Cancer detection camps.
He is also very active on Social platforms and have been giving talks on various subjects like Cancer awareness, Healthy life style, Health for senior citizens, Deaddiction.Public health issues like Aids, Corona virus etc.
His entire family is in Medical profession , his son is a Cancer surgeon,wife is Pathologist and daughter in law is Gynecologist.
He has also featured in several Radio and TV talk shows.
