He holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

2. Learn, earn and return
As the Director of Business Development at FourSquare, he oversaw strategic partnerships and monetization

3. Have authenticity
He managed integrations with large brands and media entities including American Express, The New York Times, and CNN.

4. Have goals
Prior to his founding Walker & Company he was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Andreessen Horowitz.

5. Define your core values
He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Stony Brook University, where he graduated as valedictorian.

6. Find the right balance
He's also the Founder and Chairman of CODE2040.

7. Think about what makes your life better

8. Hustle
Walker & Company exists to make health and beauty simple for people of color.

9. Build around your beliefs
Walker & Company Brands has raised more than nine million dollars in startup funding.
