Tips
- Use light woven fabric if you're draping this method for the first time.
- Use a mannequin that's your size, or pad it with wadding around parts where you need extra measurements. This way you are sure the garment will fit you or your client.
- Hand stitch pleats from wrong side of garment
- Trim excess folds along the bottom of the garment.
