Description

- Keema
- Frozen peas
- Onion
- tomatoes
- Ginger Garlic paste
- Garam masala sabit
- Salt
- Red Chilli
- Turmeric
- Red Chilli flakes

Method

- Take oil in a pan and saute Sabit Garam masla in oil.

- Add ginger garlic paste in it, saute in well.

- Fry keema in pan well for 3-4 mins

- Add salt 1 teaspoon and Onions, cover it for 3-4 mins

- Cook is for 5-10 mins then add tomatoes and other spices ( red chilli flakes, red chilli powder and turmeric?

- Mix all the spices well

- Cover it for another 10-15 mins until the oil separates

- Now add peas and some water

- Cover it until the peas fully cooked

- Our yummy matar keema is ready
