The Early Universe - Professor Carolin Crawford

When did the first stars form? And how did they assemble to form the earliest galaxies? http://www.gresham.ac.uk/lectures-and-events/the-early-universe

We shall look at what happened during the ‘dark ages’ that span the period between the Big Bang and the first galaxies, and see how the very early Universe came to resemble the one we see around us now.

The transcript and downloadable versions of the lecture are available from the Gresham College website: http://www.gresham.ac.uk/lectures-and-events/the-early-universe

Gresham College has offered free public lectures for over 400 years, thanks to the generosity of our supporters. There are currently over 2,500 lectures free to access.
