In this video, we take a look at one of the best accessories for the Fornax LighTrack II astrophotography mount, the Fornax FMC-100 Counterweight Kit. The LightTrack II is already a very capable, high-quality tracker for astrophotography, but this counterweight kit makes it even better.

The FMC-100 allows you to use a much longer and heavier scope on your Fornax while also increasing tracking accuracy by removing extra strain from the tracking mechanism.

On top of that, the counterweight kit allows your mount to function much more like a traditional astrophotography mount by allowing movement in the Right Ascension and Declination axis.

Overall, this is a fantastic addition to your Fornax LighTrack II and can allow your mount to carry a much heavier payload!
