How to answer to HR Question | Introduce Yourself | Common Question

Introduce yourself is the most common question asked in any HR or personal interview. It is the question from which the interview starts. It is also the most predictable and expected question. If we can predict this question, we can also prepare best answer for it. Interview can be pulled in our direction if we prepare this question well. We need to practice really well so that our answer flows. This question can be made interesting, unique and ordered if practice is done. It has two parts, static and dynamic. Static part remains more of less same for everyone. Everyone is to tell same information about them. Dynamic part is to be different for different people. Everyone has to provide something unique and interesting about him. Dynamic part also provides the opportunity to the interviewee to pull interview in his own direction by telling something at the end so that next question could be predicted.
