BMW Z3 - !!!HELP!!! - Hardtop Leak

My Bmw Z3 hardtop has a new problem. It seems that it leaks from the front. I am guessing the two front screws unscew itself when driving. The 2nd possibility is that the screw hole is now wider than the screw. How can I tighten it up and keep it tighten? what do you all do in your situation? Thanks,
