Alexander Rovt was born in the wrong place, Mukachevo, a mountainous area that was disputed by Ukraine, Hungary and Russia. Mukachevo is famously primary for 2 things: a very big castle and the Carpathian Vampire.
To him, the most important thing is his name. He would protect it at all costs. He made his huge fortune by selling fertilizer plants in Bulgaria, Ukraine and Russia. He would not give us the exact figure. He made history by paying $303 millions all cash for the building Wall Street 14. With the money from sale of fertilizer plants, he would invest very methodicallly into real estate, first buying up 30 properties in Brooklyn, than buying properties in Wall Street, then buying high end luxury hotels in Toronto, Budapest etc.
He never invests in stocks, another very unorthodox way. In 2021, he dropped off the list of billionaire on Forbes list after heavy fighting in Ukraine. Finally, he hates owing money and he never pays for installation.
