slow living in the van | what I eat in a day

hello!!

I've been off the road for a few months now and parked up at my friends house in santa barbara, california for the time being. being in one place has been really nice and restorative, as van life can get pretty exhausting (especially as a solo-female traveler) after being on the road for a while. this was a nice slow day in the life of eating yummy plant based food, running around the garden, watching sunset and enjoying trivia with friends.
