Happy Sunday! As promised I wanted to update and show you all how we were getting on with Mia's sleep training. For me it has been one of the best things I did as we just weren't getting a full night sleep out of her prior to this. We're still learning and it's not easy but I hope this gives you an insight as to what it has to offer.
