MY BIGGEST ONION HARVEST | Curing Process

We set out every year to grow a year supply of onions. Last year we fell short by a few months. We grow long day varieties, bought from Dixondale Farms as slips. Plant Mid to Late March and harvest onions late July. We are growing in one 6 here in SE Michigan. Curing the onions in a shaded but well ventilated are for 2-3 weeks or until the necks are like paper.
