Wonderful Rotating Borders!

A little opening presentation for a program (CADIR) written by me in 1987 using BASIC. To do this rotation border like the best games at that time (not so impressive today!), when most of them were coded in Assembly for speed, was a little tricky using the slow interpreted BASIC language.
