How To Conceal Hollow and Dark Under Eye Circles - My Favorite Makeup Step

This is something I've been dealing with for as long as I can remember - basically since I started wearing makeup. I've perfected how I correct my under eye circles and made the hollowness look non-existent. This is my fool proof method when I really want to cover up my under eyes without cakey-ness or heavy looking makeup. There's a lot of steps but this is what works the best for me!
