How to Make Italian Pizza

We love pizza! Who doesn't? Follow this simple recipe and enjoy! You will need the following ingredients:

1.7kg (3.7lb) of flour - 'Tipo 1' or wholemeal 'Intergrale'

10 grams (0.35oz) of fresh yeast or 5 grams of dried yeast

20 grams (0.70oz) of extra virgin olive oil

1 litre (35 floz) of good quality water

55 grams (2oz) of salt.
