DMT and derealization - what it's like and what helps
This is an interview with Matias Koretzky, who very kindly agreed to tell me about the adverse effects he has been experiencing for four years after a DMT trip, including derealization, PTSD, and other stuff we don't really have a name for yet. He also told me about the things he found helpful - from attitudes like 'this will pass' to holotropic breathwork and shamanic rituals. This video is part of www.challengingpsychedelicexperiences.com, a project to learn more about bad trips and post-trip difficulties, what they're like, and what helps people deal with them. We also have a newsletter - www.ecstaticintegration.org. Thanks for your bravery and honesty Matias. If you've had similar experiences, let us know in the comments.
