The Hong Kong police want Nick, who used to be an undercover agent, to testify in court for a gang vendetta case. However, the gang kidnaps him, ties him up and dumps him into the sea. As Nick was on the brink of death, Guo Ying and her two partners arrive in time, and Zhi Ming plunges into the waters to rescue him.
