The opening scene is the engine of a Raritan Valley running around its train (before 1984 RVL trains went all the way to Phillipsburg), followed by some unfortunately dark and scuzzy scenes at the south end of Newark Penn Station. The remainder of the video is taken up by the highlights of a reverse cab ride on the former CNJ Raritan Valley Line all the way to Phillipsburg.
