Pancake Recipe:
1 scoop of protein powder
1/2 cup of oats + 1/4 cup of oats
2 eggs OR 3 egg whites
1 banana
3/4 cup of almond milk
2 heaping teaspoon baking powder
BLEND! also use coconut oil on pan (makes such a difference!!)
