Residents in Sacramento’s Arden Park neighborhood are expressing fear and frustration after a man accused of carrying a knife and approaching homes was arrested twice in one day. Surveillance video captured the suspect, identified by the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office as Brian Mattson, making threatening motions outside homes along La Sierra Drive.
