Styling Webflow Elements Using Custom Data Attributes #shorts

Here is a quick Webflow tip for those of you writing custom code for your client projects

You can use custom data attributes in your CSS and JavaScript. In this example, I have four cards connected to a CMS, and each card has a child element that I am using as the image wrapper.

I can give that image wrapper a data attribute of data-greyscale and then grab an embed element to insert on my page. I'll target my specific data attribute and give it a filter of 100% greyscale.
