Cornish Pasties

Beef, potato, swede and onion, along with salt and pepper, wrapped in a lovely sturdy pastry. Cornish Pasties were taken as lunch by miners in Cornwall. They are still a firm favourite in the UK today. Eaten hot, warm, or cold depending on preference they make a great lunch. Though I also like them with chips and peas for dinner.
