The worst part of attachment wounds is that you stopped being who you really are, that you stopped having access to who you really are. You may have become grumpy and cynical and judgmental. You may have started hating the people that you used to love the most. You might just find yourself being angry all the time. Or maybe you're just angry at people. Like you might like your animals or being out in nature, but being in relationship, you just become this person that you don't want to be. It's not who you really are. I mean, who you really are is someone who is full of love and hope and possibility and someone who's innovative and who knows that there are solutions to things.
