In this video I explain how and why people who are Self-Love Deficient or SLD's (codependents) are uniquely susceptible to gaslighting. For SLD's, it is like an addiction, they need to stay completely away from gaslighters (Pathological Narcissists), as they do not have the psychological or characterological abilities to resist their manipulation.
