This video demonstrates an exercise that strengthens your Achilles Tendon. Achilles Tendon is a tendon connecting your heel bone with your calf muscle. If you want to run faster, longer, you need to have a strong Achilles Tendon.
Once injured, it takes a lot of time to recover from Achilles Tendonitis. Thus, since prevention is better than cure, it's better you include this exercise as a part of your legs workout.
