American Grunge is a brand new series on the AmericanSpyFox channel in which will cover all of the latest Rock News surrounding the celebrities & bands of the 70's, 80's, 90's, and early 2000's. We will update the audience each time a worthy news story comes out.
In Episode 1 of American Grunge, Billy Corgan defends his belief that his writing skills are on par with Kurt Cobain's writing skills. Courtney Love finally admits that the Rriot Girl movement was a real thing & tries to explain why she loathed the girls in bands like Bikini Kill & Bratmobile. Mick Mars hangs on to his shares of Motley Crue and even threatens litigation against Vince Neil, Tommy Lee, and Nikki Sixx, who are looking to shove the old Rocker out of the band, for good. A few "Hair Metal" musicians (Stephen Pearcy, Michael Sweet, Rachel Bolan, Dee Snider) express the reasons they believe Grunge did not end their genre, but "Hair Metal" itself destroyed "Hair Metal."
