The most popular way to get air-assisted is an air pump. But it is so noisy and airflow is very inconsistent. It works but it won't be able to boost cutting power much compare to a high PSI air compressor. Plus, if you want to get crystal clear cut on acrylic, you should consider using the electronics control like the video is showing.
