We immediately took the kittens to our house. They were treated at the vet. We cleaned and killed the fleas in their bodies with apple cider vinegar. There is another mama cat that we feed in our garden. Our garden is like a cat island. We asked the mother cat for permission for kittens to drink milk. The result was great. The mother cat adopted the forlorn and orphan kittens.
