Inflation Is Hitting Manufactured Home Factories | Price Adjustments Ahead

Signs are pointing that the cost to build a new manufactured home will lead to short term price increases. Building materials and labor costs are the latest factors putting upward pressure on pricing which could lead to an increase in December and again in January. This comes after a wild year in the manufactured home industry that saw more price increases in a single year by far than any other year I've been in the business. In this video I look at what should have been an opportunity to get a deal and why it might be being replaced with a price increase on new manufactured homes.
