In this tutorial, I walk through how to create and register a simple “Hello World” app using Kustomer’s publicly available app framework and APIs.

You’ll learn how to:

Define a basic Kustomer app using a JSON app definition
Register the app using the public /v1/apps/available API endpoint
Install the app from the App Directory
Display a simple Insight Card in the Kustomer UI

This walkthrough is intended for developers, solution engineers, and builders who want to understand the fundamentals of creating embedded apps using publicly available platform capabilities and documentation.
