I found a decent rent-stabilized pre-war studio apartment in New York City, and I'm SOOOO HAPPY to be finally living in a NYC apartment with no roommates! Hallelujah. The apartment isn't as modern as I would like it to be, but it's sure better than living in a three bedroom apartment with four roommates. The struggle is real in NYC, y'all. Cheers to the joy of living peacefully with no roommates.
