Project Polish 2018 - Update #3

I did not upload a video with my progress last month, so I decided to combine the last two months together for this update. In case you have not seen this series before, essentially I picked out 7 polishes at the beginning of the year & use them as much as I can in hopes of finishing off as many polishes as I can before the end of2018. When I finish a polish, I add in a replacement polish in its place to keep the project going. I was finally able to finish off one of the polishes since last time & added in a new replacement.

~ POLISHES INCLUDED IN THIS PROJECT: ~
1) Color Club polish in ‘Age of Aquarius’
2) Julep polish in ‘Danica’
3) Rimmel '60 Second' polish in ‘I Lilac You’ (#410)
4) Zoya polish in ‘Rue’
5) MAC nail lacquer in ‘Quiet Time’
6) Zoya glitter in ‘Monet'
7) ULTA Nail Lacquer in 'Indigo-Go Girl' (I accidentally called it Bam-Blue-zled, oops!)

1) NYC 'In A New York Color Minute' polish in ‘Sidewalkers’ (#270)

I typically paint my nails twice a week, with 2-3 coats (unless it is an incredibly sheer polish & it needs additional coats). I also paint my toenails once a week generally.

I use the Beauty Secret's Nail Polish Thinner from Sally's Beauty Supply to thin out the polishes that tend to get too goopy & thick. I add anywhere from 8-10 drops of thinner each time I paint my nails (if the polish needs it). The thinner is about $4 USD.
