This Cheap apartment could be Haunted. Its in a great location and the rent is insanely low, but when you save money on a new york city apartment there is always a catch of some sort. I’d rent this place because its very large, but its not exactly brand new and for that reason some people will think this place isnt perfect. To be honest tho, most of what you find in the East Village isnt going to be new and fancy if its also an affordable new york apartment // haunted apartment. You just cant get both renting an apartment in the village or another popular part of Manhattan.
