This is the video tutorial for the Spinning shoulder roll.

These tutorials are a couple of minute-long for I want them to be thorough. Please take the time to go through the different steps to maximise your training.

Note that the main pain point in learning this move usually lies in the shoulder spin. Work on it by bringing your attention on the second leg and the pelvis lift. It is the proper timing of these two motions that will ultimately lead to a controlled and repeatable spinning shoulder roll.
