• (To re enter the US you must have a negative COVID 19 test done at least 3 days before departure) COVID testing is available for free to hotel guest , you can book your appointment when checking in to the hotel, results will be emailed to you by the night time of that day. We then asked reception to print out our results when we checked out .

•We flew into CUN airport which is about 1 1/2 hours from resort , but there is a closer airport. We booked round trip transportation with https://happyshuttlecancun.com

•We booked extras with our butler at the hotel after checking in: The floating breakfast and the Mayan ritual dinner

•We booked the Xel-ha excursion in the lobby of the hotel , included transportation
