Learn how to wrap wontons 3 different ways - Shanghai, Gold Nugget, Easy. Once you get the hang of it, they're really fast and easy to make trays full of homemade wontons :) Freeze them on the trays after you finish wrapping them, then transfer them into a bag and keep them for up to 6 months.
