Where have you withheld support, care, or compassion from your own being?

Allow the energy of forgiveness to flow from your soul. Let it fill your heart, body, and aura. You do not need to force mental forgiveness—first let the vibration move through you.

When you feel ready, mentally acknowledge your willingness to forgive yourself. State it clearly within, and let this energy embrace the memory, pattern, or belief that is ready to transform.

As you release, the forgiven aspects do not vanish—they return as transformed, strengthened parts of your being. This process awakens inner abilities, deepens intuition, and creates unexpected spiritual openings.
