Thermoforming, Vacuum forming, Pressure forming, they all involve starting with a sheet of plastic material and molding it over a mold. This results in better integrity and structure over plastic injection molding, RIM or roto molding. By starting with a sheet and gently raising the temperature without going liquid, we can maintain the engineering structure and grain strength so your part is stronger. And tooling is much less expensive that those other methods.

C+K Plastics can form a thermoplastic sheet 96" x 144", in up to .500" gauge, which offers the flexibility to form both large single parts, as well as multiples of parts from a single thermoplastic sheet for maximum efficiency.
