Lamb on the way

The forecast called for scattered showers but that didn’t bother us😎
🔥We lit up the fire using a combination of charcoal and firewood.
🍗We then marinated the Cordero (lamb) with a special sauce 😉. We hung in the ASADOR for 4 hours. The taste and Smokey flavor were so good ..we get a smile every time we think about it. Can’t wait for the next grilling adventure and continue creating memories that will last forever.😍😍
