"Big On The Basics": Pendlay Barbell Row with John Jewett

A Pendlay row is a variation of barbell row used to incorporate a larger range of motion which targets certain areas of the back. We've all thrown a ton of weight onto a bar, stood almost upright, and rowed to our belly button. While slagging some heavy ass weight has its place, it's not the smartest thing to do for every workout, especially if you need to improve particular areas.
