Cloudroom core runs Claude Code, Codex, Pi and Cursor on a Linux box you own, keeps every chat, and powers a desktop app that works with the laptop shut. It is one Rust service per machine — a VPS, a home server or a spare laptop on Ubuntu 24.04 — with no Cloudroom account needed. Each agent runs as its own Linux user with no admin rights, so they are walled off from each other, and the history lands in Postgres over TLS. Apache-2.0, 256 stars. Replaces Devin Pro at $20/mo (the entry paid tier; Max is $200/mo), so about $240 a year if that is the plan you are on. The catch: a loose pairing, and the README says agents use your own logins to call their models, so the Claude Code or Codex plan is still a bill.
