In this talk, Alexandra speaks about dealing with loss at a young age and shares her coping mechanisms as well as her journey through the 5 stages of grief - denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. Alexandra is a 19-year-old television presenter on the show Stay True, where she discusses various issues affecting teenage girls.
