This song by "Peter Sarstedt" was released in 1969 and made number 1 here in the UK charts,i love the sound of the accordion being used at the beginning and the end of this song as it's one of my favourite instruments, and i have used a few pictures of accordion players in this video,this is a really great song,so "Enjoy" "The song is about a fictional girl named Marie-Claire, who grows up to become a member of the jet set, and lives in Paris. The lyrics describe her from the perspective of a childhood friend; it is left unclear whether they have remained close. The rhetorical question of the title suggests that her glamorous lifestyle may not have brought Marie-Claire happiness or contentment. "now there's a surprise" "we live and learn"
