Russian Money Will Fund Ukrainian Army. What a Turn

Proceeds from sovereign Russian assets in Europe will be used to sponsor Ukraine: 90% to the army and 10% for humanitarian needs. Russia seems to have long said goodbye to that money, but it still cannot be confiscated by the EU. An alternative has been found – use profits generated by that money to support Ukraine's needs because of Russia's war.
