I made a tough decision about my Mental Health

Hi Guys,

So today I just wanted to share a topic that is something close to my heart and also something that is not talked about enough in the black community. THAT IS YOUR MENTAL HEALTH.

Let me say I am not an expert or work in the healthcare. Again I AM NOT a healthcare expert!!! So please if you need help please seek medical and professional help. I have attached the number below

I have made the decision to seek professional help after 19 years suffering from depression. I hope my story can help someone realize that you are not alone and it's okay to admit you need help.

Remember its okay not to feel okay and realize that you do need help. Asking for help doesn't make you weak it makes you strong and brave for acknowledging that something is off.
