Israeli ground forces move south in Gaza toward Khan Younis

Israeli ground forces are heading south toward the city of Khan Younis as the hospital system in the area is collapsing. Red Cross officials paid a visit to Gaza and called for de-escalation in the Israel-Hamas war.
