Day 7 of 30 – Running Every Day Challenge 🏃‍♂️

One week in! In this short update, I compare my Day 1 vs Day 7 progress, briefly share my Strava data, and talk about a peer-reviewed study that compares resistance training and running. The results after just seven days surprised me — can I see abs a little bit?
