There is a 7 day challenge I did on instagram. Each day was a different artist and you have to draw a cat either inspired by that artist or in their style.
What I have gained/learned from this art challenge✨:

1. A bit more self confidence, by showing up for yourself and achieving the little goals you have set.

2. Accepting that not every piece you create, you are going to like. But they are still worthy of existing and sharing them with people.

3. The self-sabotage thoughts are coming ceaselessly, just don't give power to them.

4. Creating a habit of drawing, sketching, doodling everyday.

5. Making art everyday or posting everyday may not be sustainable for me long-term.

6. Everything is about consistency, over perfection.

7. Even though it's normal to not like your every art piece, it's ok to decide to not display it and share something you are confident in. And posting everyday doesn't really allow it.
