Shower mixer leaking (repair)

Shower leaking from entry to shower mixer. Simple fix to resolve leaking shower mixer. Replacement of washer seemed to fix the problem. As discussed to not forget the PTFE tape. I go through repairing, cleaning, maintaining shower mixer.
